Information you provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, email, school or organisation, role and message. A phone number is optional. An anti-spam field helps us identify automated submissions. We use these details to prepare an enquiry, validate the form and, when you choose to send it, discuss your school’s needs.
Please do not include student names, student records or other sensitive information. This marketing website does not provide school accounts or a place to upload school databases.
Preparing an enquiry
Preview mode: selecting “Prepare enquiry” sends your form fields to this website’s own endpoint for validation. It prepares a draft; it does not automatically deliver the enquiry to the Presenca team.
Form values are held in the browser’s current page state. The website application does not save submissions to a form database or persist the draft in browser local storage. Reloading or leaving the page may discard it. Validation also processes the submitted fields temporarily on the website server.
You can download the prepared text file to your device, or open an email draft in your own email application. You decide whether to send that email. Your browser, device and email provider may keep downloads, autofill information or email drafts under their own settings and policies.
If direct contact delivery is introduced, the form will explain when an enquiry is sent. The contact fields, message, source label and submission time would be shared with the contact provider. We will publish relevant provider details and any changes to this notice before that service is used.
Technical information
Our Vercel hosting and associated network services can process IP addresses, request information and access or security logs to deliver and protect the website. Our form uses IP-related request information for temporary abuse-prevention counters. These counters expire and are cleared during subsequent requests or when the service restarts. Hosting and security logs are handled separately under the provider’s controls.
We do not use the form message for advertising or automated marketing profiling. The current website has no third-party analytics scripts, advertising pixels or embedded social tracking. See our Cookie Notice for the current browser-storage setup.

You can ask about information you have shared with us, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Tell us enough to identify the relevant enquiry without sending unnecessary sensitive records. We may need to verify the request and consider applicable legal or record-keeping requirements. Requests concerning a school’s product deployment should also be directed to the school responsible for that record.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the website’s features or information handling changes. The date above identifies this version. School services and deployments may have separate notices and agreed terms.
